Having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, including heirs and assigns, waive and relieve Ontropi & the technology provider including Genihub, Event sponsors, cooperating organizations, and any other parties connected with the events in any way together with their respective successors and assigns from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the Event, even though such claim or liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of any person or entity named in this waiver.
I will follow all event rules, traffic rules, and any other rules governing the event and its participants at all times. If I do not follow the afore mentioned rules, I understand that I may be removed from the event. I consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury or illness during the event. I am not entitled to any reimbursement of any expenses of any nature as a result there of.
I give my permission to Ontropi, Genihub, their associates, and the events to use my name, my phone numbers, my Email ID's and any photographs/video graphs of me that are made available during the course of this event for whatever purposes they may deem necessary.
I am aware of the risks associated with the event and I take complete responsibility of any danger if occurred during the course on myself. The dangers including but not limited to:
Manmade or natural jumps
Collision with pedestrians, other event participants, vehicles, fixed or moving objects
Surface hazards including pot holes, faulty equipment or any other material provided by the organizers
I accept responsibility for the condition and adequacy for my equipment or any other equipment provided to me by the organizers for my use.
I accept responsibility for returning the equipment provided to me by the organizers in acceptable condition and I understand that failing to do so may attract penalties from the organizers.
I have no physical or medical condition which would endanger me or others if I participate in the event.
I understand that if I register, I am agreeing to pay the applicable sums and fees for the breakage. Failure to pay any applicable amounts and charges may result in enforcement actions, penalties, and may prohibit any participation now or in the future at the discretion of Ontropi & Genihub.

At Genihub, we value your trust & respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored & used by us. You are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting Genihub website/WAP site/applications you expressly give us consent to use & disclose your personal information information as well as receive notifications from Genihub in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access Genihub website, WAP site or mobile applications. Note: Our privacy policy may change at any time with prior notification to the users and intimation of the same on the Genihub desktop website. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, kindly review the policy periodically. This Privacy Policy shall apply uniformly to Genihub desktop website.
We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any 3rd party or use your email address/mobile number for unsolicited emails and/or SMS. Any emails and/or SMS sent by Ontropi or Genihub will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services & products and this Privacy Policy. Periodically, we may reveal general statistical information about Paytm. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
Personal Information means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email ID, credit card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, information about your mobile phone and any details that may have been voluntarily provide by the user in connection with availing any of the services on the app.
We use personal information to provide you with services & products you explicitly requested for, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot concerns, help promote safe services, collect money, measure consumer interest in our services, inform you about events, products, services, updates, customize your experience, detect & protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, etc. we ask you to allow access to your contacts so you can find fiends on the app. We don't share them with any third party person or organization.
